Oh god, I can so relate to this one.

Do you do correspondence school or homeschool of some sort, Zinnia-Hen? It would be so cool if you did!!

About where I got the pictures from, well I started off with an idea of what I wanted in mind - I had most of these pictures on my computer from various things. I guess choosing a topic like I did was easy because two of them are promotional pics for various Schools of the Air!! Those were 'society' and 'teachers'.

I think I got 'friends' from a homeschooling magazine I subscribe to - some random fun they were doing about stereotypes, since most of us actually get dressed in the morning before we do any schoolwork. (If you ever meet a schooled-at-home kid, DO NOT ask if they do school in their pyjamas. We hear it all the time and it's just ANNOYING now!).

As for the 'Education Department' and 'my mother', I just googled them. Well, I googled 'hermit girl' (lots of girls with hermit crabs) and 'lazy teenager laptop' (which got thousands of appropriate results).

And the 'me' one? Well, that really is me!! Vegemite was hand-raised, and cuddled A LOT as a chick. She's turned into a *very* friendly chicken - she flew onto my shoulder herself when I entered the run that time and my mother took the photo.

That's cool! I think you might as well call that 'correspondence school'. I know most school which call themselves correspondence schools now put most of their materials on the internet rather than posting them out.
