What should I do for my bantam's ear infection?

I suspect one of my banties has and has had for some time an ear infection.
She frequently does these little head shakes and scratches at her head, and yawns often. For the longest time I thought it was just a harmless habit of hers, but by now I'm starting to wonder.
She has no visible swelling/discharge in or around her ears.
I was thinking of doing some hydrogen peroxide in her ear, but I'm unsure if I should do diluted or undiluted.
Last year I used undiluted with olive oil afterwards and (roughly) six months later she passed from a sudden neurological condition. I highly doubt the cleaning had anything to do with it but thought I'd mention.
I was also considering crushing some garlic/mixing it with some water as an option, but wanted a say on that as well.
I'm not fully sure what she is suffering from is an ear infection, but it seems like the most likely and want to make her more comfortable.
Thank you so much in advance!!!

You can use a few drops of hydrogen peroxide or half strength if you wish. Clean it out with a QTip, and then apply some plain Neosporin ointment into the ear canal. There could be an infection from ear mites, fungus, virus, or bacteria.

I'm not a professional or anything, but it could possibly be Avian Flu or Infectious Corzya.

I have had a few birds with IC, they had respiratory problems that could look like an ear infection. Has she coughed or sneezed or shown any signs of sick behavior?
