It's a cookie. You make the dough, roll it in balls, then roll it in cinnamon sugar (I put a sprinkle of cloves in as well), and bake. Here's the recipe. What's odd to me is that there's no vanilla in it. I think next time a may add a teaspoon to the wet ingredients before mixing in the dry.

I made tacos. I know, doesn't sound too terribly awesome. Except for the fact that my father in law is mexican and we lived with them for aboput a year. Beans are made from scratch, ditto for the tortillas and taco sauce. It's a whole day hands off operation, basically making sure that the beans don't boil dry and then a solid hour of frying tortillas. I have to make a lot of tortillas. The DH eats about ten and each DD with have three or four. Then we spend the rest of the night trying to not burst.

Ham is the norm on Easter for us, I made a nice glaze of butter, brown sugar, pineapples, and marachino cherry juice. the ham of course was dressed in pineapple rings with cherrys in the center and whole cloves dotted about. sides included scalloped potatoes, asparagus spears, red eyed gravy, homemade rolls, and the DW's famous creme bruleah for desert.
