I've been tired for like two years

Leftovers!
I've got a piece of steak left over from a few days ago and some left over San Marzano "style" tomatoes and sauce. I'm going to make up some garlic toast and pasta and have at it.

been battling the illness of DH. One hospital no 4!

Last night we had burgers, we were so late from the hospital.
called the Tavern here for them.
Tonight is chicken thighs, fries and carrots.

Pulled the leftover meatloaf from the freezer and will make mashed pots and French onion gravy. Broccoli and a salad on the side. Easy cooking week!!!
