What's a good price for DE Diatomaceous Earth

I'm searching online for DE and finding a very large range of prices per pound...

If you use mail-order DE, what is the average price [including shipping], I should pay? So far, I'm coming up with around $1/pound.

That's what I keep finding too...

I'm looking for a place in central Ohio. I did find a nursery that sells it but is out of stock right now. I have heard that microbreweries use it too. I might check out a few in the Columbus area.

I buy 2- 50# bag's a yr and cost about $26.00 ea, but I do have some wait time between orders due to availability.

where are you guys ordering from. the cheapest I can find is about 44 dolars for a fifty pound bag.

I found 50lb bags on ebay for $25 + $30 shipping. That's the best I've found online so for. My local feedstore will order it for me, but it's quite a long wait and won't be that much cheaper. I'm ok with paying $1 a pound, I was just hoping to find it locally... are there any chain stores that anyone knows of that carry it in stock regularly?
