Popcorn with olive oil.

That's what I had for a snack last night, with a bit of salt and a couple tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese mixed in. EVOO and Parmesan popcorn is tasty!

I cooked two bags of frozen cranberries from last year with 1/3 cup of sugar so it's just barely sweetened. Had a small bowl for lunch.

Not quite. A little later I had some salmon salad... canned salmon, sweet zucchini relish, horseradish and ranch dressing.
