What's the best hen saddle for broken feathers from rooster

Hello! One of my hens has broken and missing feathers on her shoulders and I believe it's from the rooster. I've never used a chicken saddle before. whats the best one? Do they wear it all the time? Is it uncomfortable for them?

You could also rotate your hens with the rooster because if it is only one hen it could be that he has a favorite and you can separate them on and off for her sake.
