I have 2 coming on 6 year old hens who have not been doing well lately, one is a a bantam of some sort and the other is a cochin, who has sore feet looks almost like a pressure sore, she has had thining feathers. For a little bit the other also has sores on the bottom of her feet to were she does not like walking around and I have picked up wound sprays and mite spray for there feet in hope to help but have not seen much improvement, any advice is helpful

Do you have any close up pictures of the sore feet and foot pads? it sounds like possible bumblefoot. Is there any scaly leg mites? Is the one in the picture molting? Have you checked for any body mites or lice moving about on the skin? Here is some reading:

No real good pics no moving mites or lice, I thought leg mites but no improvement with the sprays. The picture is not the hen molting, her feathers are splitting and thining no growth.
