Do I checked on my quail this morning and I realized that there is something wrong with his eye. Is it just other birds pecking at it???

Could be? It should be isolated from the flock, if you haven't already done so.... then you should be able to tell whether or not it's from pecking or a disease. Also, if it is a disease, by isolating, it may keep the others from contracting it too!

I have had it in isolation and it got 2 times worse

Are there any other symptoms? Sneezing, rattling breath, foul smell, loss of appetite, sleepiness? Do you have chickens as quail are susceptible to infectious coryza which chickens can carry. Or it could.be a respiratory infection. Wild birds can carry diseases as well.

If he's in isolation and got twice as bad, even if it was initially from pecking, it seems it might be an infection by now :O

Edit: unless it's scabbed over now?

It seems like he's quite scared and i don't think he's been eating much. We have chicken chickens across the yard in there own coop. However, one chicken had it about 3 weeks ago
