When Do Olive Eggers Start Laying For First Time?

When will our Olive Egger, Kimmie, start laying for the first time? She's 3 months old as of June 23rd.

Also when she does start, will she know to lay in the nesting boxes?
I ask as she has a bad leg that prevents her from flying up into the big coop and she can't use the ladder. We have a smaller coop for chicks that she sleeps in at night. Will she be able to lay in the smaller coop?

If she’s able to get into the small coop to sleep, can u fit a small bin in there for her to use as a nest box?
Something that’s 12” x 12” should work well.
When she gets close to POL (point of lay) you will see her comb get larger and red.
She will start to check out the nest box.
Put a fake ceramic egg or golf ball in the nest box. It helps her to know that she can lay her eggs there.

The small coop doesn't have room for a bin/nesting box. I'll post a picture of it to show you.
Since she's the only one using the small coop, would I be able to allow her to lay eggs there when its time to lay?
We have 5 half week old Slow White Broiler chicks that will be going outside in three weeks but they're getting a small yard/coop thing that I'm building for them.
