When to pull chickens out of incubator

Well, I opened my incubator and it's a good thing I did! Three chicks had externally pipped the shells but died trying to make it out! Four more were still living so I helped them out. 3 are completely healthy and one has a crooked neck. im going to watch the one with the crooked neck. It was having a lot of issues walking yesterday but today seemed stronger.
Since this was my second time hatching chickens I'm just happy that I got some babies at all.

Thanks everyone!
What is your humidity? The one with "crooked neck" If it is stargazing/wry neck there are vitamins you give for that. Here's a page on it if you are interested: http://www.theeggfarm.com/blog/2011/11/02/wry-neck-in-baby-chick-video/

Grats on the babies.

Pictures are in order.

Any idea why those the pipped did not make it out?

I think it was because one of my kids decided to open the incubator when I wasn't home. I think that they were shrink wrapped in there and they couldn't move to get out.

When I checked them on Saturday the humidity level was 45%. It was at 70%. During lock down. But I think one of my kids decided to open the incubator when I was not home and it shrink wrapped them.

I will look at the link you posted. But the one with a crooked neck is doing really well!
