When will my chicks start piping?

I am on day 18 and i am worried because my incubator was shut off last night for a short ammount of time I am asking advice if there is anything i can do to help hatch rate and also when will my chicks start pipping.Hopefully they will hatch.

Usually on day 20 or 21. Not much you can do but watch and wait. One of my bantams wasn't on her eggs for part of the day a few days back but all her eggs still hatched.
