The white ear lobe is not an indication of a problem - it is part of her mixed heritage. The spot on her wattle is most likely a peck mark, but if more appear throughout the flock it is possibly fowl pox.
Fowl pox is transmitted by mosquitoes, and they are fewer in October. Are you in a warmer state of the U.S.? If you are up North U.S., might you have had a little frost? It seems to early for frostbite though. I might agree it was a peck mark. Is she healed by now? It is January.
