I just noticed that the points on my BCM’s comb have white tips. What is this, nowhere near cold enough to be frostbite? I can’t catch her to see if it’s something that will rub off. The other 3 chickens don’t have this.

Frostbite a few weeks ago could look like that, but have you checked to make sure it isn’t paint or something else white? When I have seen frostbitten comb tips, they start out black then, tan, and then white before the tops become more rounded off.

OMG, my husband painted the back porch wall and I didn’t realize it 🤦‍♀️
