Why does my chicken have these weird dots on her?

She's had them ever since she was 1 ( she's 4 now)
No other issues completely fine doesnt seem botherd.

This looks like it could be a sign of fowl pox. There are two types, wet pox and dry pox. There are many great articles on Fowl Pox in the BYC article section. My chicken has the same thing and has had it for a while. Since it has lasted so long it makes me think it’s not fowl pox.

You can use a damp wash rag to gently wipe them off, IF they can be wiped off at all. Since she has had them for 3 years and if there's nothing else wrong with her, dont worry about it.
Additionally; it's not fowl pox nor favus, I've dealt with both.
