Why is my hen doing this?

I noticed today my hen was laying underneath my turkey hen. Does anyone know why she’s doing this??

That’s what I was thinking but I went over to them to investigate and she came out and then went back under her so I don’t think so.

I have one chicken who likes to put her head under my elbow when she sits on my lap. I've also seen her get as much of herself as possible under her Orpington best friend. Maybe she wants comfort?

I’m hoping that’s what it is! I’m gonna keep an eye on them, I haven’t noticed her doing that until today.
