Why is my three day old bantam chick suddenly walking around like it’s drunk?

I just hatched out 3 bantam chicks and they were all doing great until one of them all of the sudden started falling over. She walks like she is drunk and then she’ll completely fall over. I thought she was cold at first because my house is pretty chilly and I wrapped them in a heating pad and it seemed to help revive it but it’s still walking in circles and falling over. Any idea what could be wrong?

They are seramas and they are feed Dumor chick starter crumble.

They may need some extra vitamins. Do you have any human b complex?

I do not, I have rooster booster which is B I think. Is there a specific type you could suggest?
