Will chickens eat or damage these plants?

Haven't had a cactus within pecking distance, but everything else within their reach was destroyed except the rosemary.

So, yah. I recommend planting LOTS of rosemary.

I've been fortunate. 4-5 hens in the backyard, free ranging all day long. I have never had them damage a plant. Occasionally they will peck at a leaf or berry. Maybe because I make them a big salad every night, and they're looking for the meat & potatoes.

Hmm, I only have them destroy a few things, although they do kick my bark out of the beds. Mostly they just cut the grass for me. And I do have all my veggies fenced to protect them from the deer. I have a ton of ferns and getting rid of them would be impossibly as they are a native species and EVERYWHERE. They've been smart enough not to touch them, but maybe because they have so much grass to gnaw on?
