Will it be a hen or rooster? Dixie rainbow chickens

I got 3 Dixie rainbow chickens and 3 golden sex links about a month ago. The only Dixie rainbow I'm not sure about is the one big white one above. Either he is a late bloomer compared to the other two who already have larger,red wattles and combs or maybe he is actually going to he a hen?? These are my first chickens so the only knowledge I have of how to sex chickens comes from the Internet
