Hello,
It’s been awhile since I’ve raised chicks. I just got some from the feedstore this morning. They said they were pretty cold when they came in. 2 of them are still pretty inactive. I can’t get them to drink water yet, and when they try to walk the can’t walk in a straight line. I’ve only had them a few hours, they’re under a brooder plate now. Is there anything I can do?

Hello, I probably can't be a ton of help but I have a few suggestions and hopefully someone who knows more will come along soon!
First, what is the temperature underneath the brooder plate?
To help with lethargy you can mix a small amount of molasses or honey in with their water. Probiotics and electrolytes are great too if you have some! If you dip their beaks in the water a few times, will they drink any? Another great thing to give them is raw egg yolk.
Regarding their legs, do they appear normal? They could have something like spraddle legs, or they might also just be weak from getting cold.
How are they doing now?

Unfortunately one died. I did get the other one to drink some sugar water but she’s still not quite right.
