Worms in Egg

I need help! This was found in one of the eggs. Is this roundworm? I did take a fecal to the vet and they said they saw a small roundworm in the poo. Can you catch roundworms by eating eggs from infected hens? Obviously I would not eat this egg but what if there is an egg with a small worm and I don’t realize it

Also hens are currently being treated for worms

A small roundworm in feces is possibly a cecal worm.
That is not a large roundworm in the photo. It looks like strand of chalaza.
