I’ve never canned anything before (I’m guessing pickling doesn’t count?) but I love baking. This was my first attempt at making zucchini bread, it was so good!View attachment 4174700

I LOVED the canning one. For me it isn’t lack of interest in that one, I just cant can anything until late August through Sept.

Same here. Canning for me ramps up about that time. It's mostly all tomatoes and salsa.

Though I did make some black raspberry/honey jam... and might have enough berries to make another batch...

Yep, tomatoes all wait until the end of the summer/fall so I can get em all done at once usually. This year my cucumbers won’t be ready until about that time too probably since I didn’t start them early. I don’t even have a single cucumber set to yet!

I would enter but my goods cannot compete with those beautiful ones on the first page. Perhaps if it was split up into different categories, like Canning, and Desserts, and Other (such as breads) because canned items cannot compete with cakes IMO.

They are all separate contest. I just made one thread to see if anyone would enter any of those three contest.
