I took in a chick born on Easter who's head is hung down and twisted to the side. She lifts it enough to eat and drink, but her flock started picking on her. She came to me and I have her with a 3 week old chick. From what I've read it sounds like wry neck due to muscular strain while in the egg, or inadequate nutrition. I've started supplementing nutrition with polyvisol and vitamin E twice a day. Just a couple drops of each watered down. I'm wondering what else could help her. Insert advice below. Thank you❤️

Wry Neck is a neurological symptom which can be caused from a number of things - Marek's, vitamin deficiency and injury are a few.

I would give her 400IU vitamin E + 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily. Give her a little egg daily for Selenium. Make sure she's eating her chick starter well and drinking.
Hopefully the vitamins will help only time will tell.

Thank you so much! I will pick up vitamin b tomorrow and increase her vitamin E. She eats chick starter like it's her job! I'll start some egg too. Would adding spices to food help? Things rich in selenium and vitamin E

I don't know about spices so can't comment on those.
I would just try the vitamins and see that she's eating the chick starter and egg - see how that works first.

I hope she gets better soon.
