WRY NECK just started at 5 days old! HELP!!!!

I have another Muscovy duckling that was born normal but developed wry neck at 5 days old.
We tried to make a brace out of a sponge, but she freaked out!
We read about giving her B1 and selenium but I don’t know if that is the correct information or how much to give.
We already have a year old male with scoliosis that is doing well but needs extra care and I don’t want this to happen again because it’s getting WORSE in just 2 days!!
Please help!

I would start out with giving Poultry Cell in their water. That's got the E and B-complex in it. She'll probably need more but I do not know dosage for a duckling if that doesn't work.

The selenium is for when you're giving them E. E doesn't absorb well, but the selenium helps it. There is enough selenium in some scrambled eggs so don't need to buy any.

I’m really worried because we thought our male “Franklin” had wry neck, but in fact he has severe scoliosis, but he hatched that way. This little one was perfect for 4 days and it just happened overnight! Is that normal?
I’ve watched Franklin struggle for over a year and I don’t want the same thing to happen to this little baby!

I do not believe a brace helps them unless the wry neck was caused by an injury. If it's a vitamin deficiency you could support its neck when it's sleeping/resting though. I'm only good with chickens so I'll tag a couple of my duck friends and see if they think a brace helps or if she needs more vitamin treatments. I sure hope she starts turning around!!

We are giving her scrambled eggs, vitamin B and E, Selenium and poultry cell, but it’s not getting better.
I did try the brace because some people swear by them, but she wouldn’t eat or drink with it on so I had to remove it.
I don’t know what else I can do..

No, he’s not the dad.
She’s getting worse.
Even worse than Franklin the drake with scoliosis.
I don’t understand, we feed them the very best feed, they forage, they have an inground pool with a filter. Their coups are immaculate, yet this happened again!
We got some Polyvisol that people swear by!
Selenium
B1
Vitamin E
Electrolytes
Molasses
Brewers yeast
Basically everything that is suggested. Yet no change.
She HATES the brace and won’t move with it on.
I just started Polyvisol and hoping it will work.
Everyone says to cull her, but I CANNOT!
She’s precious and loving! And I could never end her life because she was born with a deformity!
I massage her 3 times a day and she falls asleep in my lap.
Her neck easily goes to the opposite side when I ease it over, and she’ll even fall asleep like that when I’m massaging her. So it’s not her bones.
I don’t know what we are doing wrong to have 2 like this.
They have wonderful lives but I blame myself..

This must be something inherited somewhere down the line becasue it sure doesn't sound like it is anything you have caused. I hope the poly vi sol helps to get this little one normal.
No way you should end her life hopefully something will kick in soon.
