WTB Chicks Pullets or Roos

I have been reading up on Prairie Bluebells being a cross between Leghorns and Araucanas which can result in white egg laying offspring and I am wondering if this is the recipe that McMurray has started using/ breeding with their "WTB," which could explain my white laying chicken. Not something I can confirm, just one of many possibilities!
I've read that WTB were originally bred by a guy who was interested in harvesting their feathers for fishing lures. I believe Leghorns crossed with Easter eggers is how the variety came about.

A blue egg layer with that ancestry could easily have one gene for blue and one gene for white. Crossed with a male with the same genes for color, you'd get some white layers and some blue layers.
