Mine aren't pets.

I know they aren’t but at least they live their best lives beforehand! That’s really the best we can ask for when it comes to our food. Some day I will buy some from you and raise them as pets

Don't brood them with chickens. Don't imprint them either. They can be tamed even when they are adults.

That can work as well as just spending lots of time with them.

I have one hen that will take treats from my hand but when she gets in too big of a hurry, she may take the fingers too.
