Several of my chicken have yellow puffy faces. I started treating with antibiotics but I have no idea what is going on. Any advice would be appreciated.

What symptoms? What antibiotics?
Diet? Laying?
It’s a generic antibiotic for chickens. They are molting and usually don’t lay in the winter. I thought it was was mites but I got that under control and it’s still an issue. Lethargic and puffy faces. That is the only symptoms.

And the antibiotic is what?
Stop the antibiotics until you can verify any infection, that's how you buil antibiotic resistance.
Lethargy could just be from molting, it's hard on them and yellow is the normal color of a non laying hen.
Ages?
Diet?
Any new birds?
Crop feel?
Poops?

Do they still have mites? I'd re-check.

What do you feed? I'd focus on them eating a nutritionally balanced poultry feed, aim for an 18-20% feed, personally I like a flock raiser type feed.

Re-check for the mites.

Have you dewormed? If possible, can you take some samples of poop to your vet to rule out internal parasites as part of the problem?
