Several of my chicken have yellow puffy faces. I started treating with antibiotics but I have no idea what is going on. Any advice would be appreciated.

It’s a generic antibiotic for chickens. They are molting and usually don’t lay in the winter. I thought it was was mites but I got that under control and it’s still an issue. Lethargic and puffy faces. That is the only symptoms.What symptoms? What antibiotics?
