PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!! My hen laid a very small egg.

Hi!! I have a bantam hen who lays regular sized bantam eggs. She laid a very small egg this morning, and I was wondering why she did it. Here are some pics:

I wouldn't worry about it. Any chicken can lay something odd once in a while -- small, soft shelled, misshapen, whatever. It's when one hen consistently lays something abnormal or doesn't lay that there is a problem.
