It seems that the first duckling that made its little hole in the shell did not make it. We enlarged the hole using tweezers where the air sack was. We can see the duckling, its head, the bill, the eye... but it does not move or respond.

I'm sorry to hear that. :( Hatching can be so bittersweet at times. Rejoice in the ones that did. :hugs

So sorry that you lost this one. It's great though that the other have all survived. Congratulations on your new babies. There is nothing like them.
