Welsh Harlequin Ducks @ 9 weeks old. Drake or Hen

Two Welsh Harlequins around 9 weeks old. I'm thinking they are hens but i'm not 100% because I don't have experience with this breed! Thank you!

I think both are drakes but then one of my females has a lighter bill too.

Do they QUACK loudly or quack soft and muffled like?

My younger ones quack louder than these-the younger ones are about 4-5 weeks old I would guess

my "sexed" females that are around 4-6 weeks of age. I put quotations on sexed because I picked these up at a horrible location. Their feathers were dried and crusty and almost like the skin was burnt. She picked them up and said well it doesn't smell like roasted duck so you should be fine
