Isn't is amazing how different two Bluebells can look? Is your girl producing blue eggs yet?

Oh yes! She started laying exactly 5 weeks ago and has now laid for 22 days straight! I had gotten 5 PBE babies and they were all supposed to be pullets but ended up with 4 roosters so I say she's making up for all the others

I have a new Prairie Bluebell who looks a little chipmunkish. Does anyone have one who looked like this as a chick? Wondering what her coloring will be.

Can't help you out with this, sorry. My only PB was totally yellow and grew up to be white with a brownish-reddish chest. I'm sure she will be lovely -- as will her eggs!

The chicks that are yellow will likely be mostly white.

She will probably be brown or a partridge color/ feather pattern.
