Hello everyone. I know backyard chickens is mostly for, well, chickens, but the problem I’m facing I have a feeling would be nearly the same if it happened with a chick. I picked up 10 guinea keets that I had ordered today and one of them I didn’t notice anything wrong with, until just a few hours ago I noticed that one of its eyes seemed to be sticking out more then the other one. It also has a small spot where it looked like it had been pecked on its head but on the other side. And I just went to check on them and that one’s eye is now turning a kinda cloudy blue color. I’m very concerned about this baby and I need help on figuring out what the cause could be and if there might be a cure. Besides that, it seems to act alright. (Pecking around, etc.) I don’t want this baby to lose its eye if that could eventually be the case. I have dealt with a quail who was attacked by an owl and was blind in both eyes and I took care of him and he had quite a decent life, but I’m very worried about this baby. Below I will post some pictures of the baby. Thanks to anyone who is willing to give any info or thoughts!
