What can I add to my chicken coop/run for them to climb on and play with?

Mine got a new tree stump to play on.

We tried to collect some old branches and a tree stump but couldn’t cut into the dead tree to get a stump :\ the tree branches have no where to go besides lay flat on the ground

We have a old chair, a freestanding set of stairs (3 treads high), a Little Tikes toybox (that they can get on, but not in) and a plastic playhouse like the image. I've purchased none of this...all was recycled.

My chickens would make something I called a "Hay House" Where they just grabbed hay and shoved it in a pile, and then sit in it. So I would recommend making a big pile of something (Hay, Sticks, Etc)
