- Bacon Or Ham
- Parsley Or Coriander
- One Onion
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Two Handfuls Of Grated Lactose Free Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Optional; Nutmeg
- Optional; Wostershire Sauce
- Cooking Spray
- Chopping Board
- Knife
- Fork Or Whisk
- Spatula Or Spoon
- Pie Tray
- Oven (Duh)
Recipe:
- Preheat Oven To 160 Degrees Celsius, Which Is 320 Fahrenheit
- Spray Pie Tray And Set Aside
- Chop Bacon/Ham, Parsley/Coriander, And The Onion
- Crack Eggs Into Bowl And Whisk
- Place Bacon/Ham, Parsley/Coriander, And The Onion In With Eggs
- Sprinkle Pepper And Salt In (And The Nutmeg If You Want It)
- Pour Cheese In
- Mix
- Pour Mixture Into Pie Tray
- Cut Cherry Tomatoes In Half
- Place Cherry Tomatoes On Top Of Quiche
- Sprinkle More Pepper On Top
- Place In Oven
- Wait Half An Hour
- Top With Whoshere Sauce
- Eat
