Sounds delicious. I will make this for my next work pot luck. There is one who has serious gluten allergy. I have learned from her (the hard way) that some packaged grated cheeses may be coated with a wheat based cellulose, but it should be noted on the label. Most are gluten free however. Just to be certain though I will grate my own for pot lucks and guests.
