Great ideas thanks! The first night I used part of a feathered Chicken and raw chicken. Last night just raw chicken. I will add some feathered bits and love the catnip idea. It is coming at night. Not sure if cd will help at night? I will keep in mind multiple senses.

Yuck!! I had possums down in Southern California. Nasty creatures to me. I do know some folks like them. I put out traps and caught 5 of them in 6 days. Various sizes and ages and some were just scared and some would hiss and go at the cage. I ended up taking them each day as we caught them...

Sure a poll is a great idea. Just because I like it doesn’t mean everybody will like it, but then again, A name is a very individual thing, so you could pick what you like best. You’ve got options!

I vote pullet. My Marans seem to have had larger/ darker combs by that point. I have had Wheaten Marans, Cuckoo Marans and now have young Black Copper Marans. These are my young Black Copper Marans. I have 3 Roos and 2 pullets.

I liked the green jungle fowl name! They are such a neat looking bird.

These are some of my new Isbars Lol!! I do that same thing, “chick chick chick!!” They come a-running. Happy happy chick chicks. Just got a new bag of mealworms and my goodness you would have thought that they had been starved for days.

Remember in the late 1980’s when they did the malathion spray by planes? Might have even been early 1990’s. All of The Southland I think but I think all of Glendora was done. I never saw another fruit fly again until I moved to Oregon.

Hey there!! Yes such a small world. I went to Charter Oak High School. My older son was born at Foothill Presbyterian. So many memories! It was really a great place to grow up. There were strawberry fields everywhere. Totally built up now. Still a lovely place even without all the strawberry...
