LOL!! Thats what my bloodhound does with mice!! Well till he gets bored, and then the mouse was no more!!

I have never had a hen attack my son, but I Have had a rooster attack my son, and he went directly to the table to my sons Great pleasure! I will not tolerate a dog bitting my child, nor will I tolerate a chicken biting my child. Just like any animal, tehy need to understand the pecking order...

I kept my 75 gallon goldfish tank in my finished basement, cause it always stays cool down there. But on rare occasions, especially during the winter, with the woodstove going, the tank temps did rise, but the fish were fine with it.

I have cochins, and they did just fine. Actually I think they made out better than the regular chickens.

Yesterday, the neighbor was walking her dog, and as they passed my place, the dog lunged, and she lost the leash. he took off after my birds!! Agghhh...so as we are trying to catch the darn dog, he spots one of my 5 week olds, and chases!! So now I am realy ticked, as I dont want to lose any of...
