My Easter egger chicken has been hoping around on her right foot for the past few weeks and something is wrong with either her left leg or foot. On the foot I don’t see and cuts but the toe in the back of the foot appears swollen and the scales tilted up. Also the leg appears to go to the side...
My Easter egger hen has Been hoping around on her right leg while her left leg seems to be in a locked/fixed position please tell me what I need to do to fix her leg
Our rooster has been wobbling around like a drunk chicken. He randomly tips and trips over in all directions. He doesn’t have a slipped tendon, dislocated leg, or broke. Leg. What else can this be. And how can we fix it
I’ve had them in view of each other for a few years and they still try to attack her, I’ve heard that you can put her in at night time and it can fix it. Also there aren’t many hens that either she doesn’t attack or that they don’t attack her
We have an old but big hen. Her old flock got killed by foxes. So we want to put her with our other flock. There is 8 chickens in the other flock, 1 Roster and 7 hens. We put them together before but they attacked her. We need help and advice on what to do.
So when I soak it and see the scab, what do i do. I looked at some websites and it said to spray hydrogen proixide then use a bandage. Won’t they eat the bandage and using spraying stuff seems odd so can I please get some clarification.
I have an Americana chicken with a swollen foot. It has spreed to her other foot and the swollen part has gotten more black. I’m wondering what I should do about this
It’s not dislocated I think it’s the varus bone thing. Would I be able to do anything to make her walk better like a brace or rubber banding the legs or anything to make her able to walk better
