Have to watch out for sharp bits
Pros: Absorbent, smell fresh, convenient
Cons: some sharp pieces
I use this and also straw for my ducks geese and chickens. I like the mess-free experience when I buy it I can toss it in a car or van. And its compressed so takes up less space. Ive always used this in brooders for ducklings too, never had a problem. I have to fluff it up and feel for sharp bits though when Im using it. do not want birdy feet to get cut. Its very absorbent is the best part.

Pros: Easy to use, safe, natural
Cons: none for intended use
This helps keep the bugs away, its not meant for getting rid of an infestation, but rather as a preventative. I feel good about using it.
Fantastic Stuff!
Pros: It really works
Cons: none for me
I have used this on my geese my ducks and my dog toO! Cleans and heals cuts and scrapes (but not really for deep puncture wounds.) The spray bottle is very convenient.
Great Idea
Pros: So much better than using nothing
Cons: Not completely watertight
I used to rig up stuff like plastic food containers with holes I made to try to keep connections dry until I found out these existed. I really like these! Have been using a couple for a few years now and no problems!
helps just enough
Pros: warm and safe
Cons: longer cord would be nice
I got one of these when my first set of ducks were still young (2016) and installed it into a panel in their duck house . I had to cut /drill a hole into the edge between coop door and frame to fit the cord through . I had to use an extension cord with it and it worked out fine . I never saw the ducks huddle against it but it did make it just a little warmer in there on nights when temps were in the single digits F it gave me peace of mind knowing that if they were cold they could move closer to it .

easy to use and it works
Pros: easy to measure, kills the pests
Cons: i don’t have any
sprayed an old coop to kill lice, also used as a dip for my hens, it gets the job done. this is concentrated you need to mix it into water , the measures are on the label.

one of the best
Pros: good nutrition for mixed flocks, fair price
Cons: pellets better than crumbles for waterfowl
It was hard to get my geese off of this, they loved it so much, but pellets are better for waterfowl so I switched them to an All Flock pellet.
I have a few stacks of these in my garage
Pros: Holds a lot for storage , can be cut smaller
Cons: Cant use them to sell or give away eggs
TSC had them on clearance so, I bought them all it was only 10cents per pkg. I have cut some of them down and stacked eggs inbetween also. If you have a of eggs they are convenient

chicken wire aka poultry fencing
Pros: keeps birds in
Cons: does NOT keep predators out
you can see how the raccoons just tore it right up.
to predator proof, use 1/2 hardware cloth instead

Could be better
Pros: convenient
Cons: duck and goose are "other"
I would like it better if it had a goose and a duck section. At least chicken is listed. I just started using it , If I have any other comments Ill be back

I have the smallest one
Pros: It works fine
Cons: they outgrow it
I used the smallest size for ducklings but they grow so fast and the spaces are tiny.
tried but didnt use
Pros: pretty and easy to use
Cons: possibly dangerous?
ok so I bought these for ducklings but then got worried the ducks will bite at them, because they are pretty jewelry so we ended up making rings for ourselves out of them
Maybe chickens like it but my ducks do not
Pros: for me? none
Cons: My ducks refused to eat any
I got a bag of this and thought it would make my ducks feathers a little nicer if I fed them some every once in a while, but they hated it and would not eat ANY.
safer than other dewormers
Pros: easy to use, safe and effective
Cons: cant think of any
I have treated chickens and ducks and geese with this safeguard, it was easy to measure. Does not kill ALL kinds of worms. get a fecal float test first to see what worms you need to kill. thread, round, cecal , , and gape worms can all be treated with safeguard.
kills lice in coop and run
Pros: works!!!
When my chickens had lice, I used a powder permethrin on them, but I used this liquid permethrin to spray their coop and run. No more lice!
good inexpensive and helpful
Pros: cheap, flexible, weatherproof, colorful, contains birds, protects plants
I use this to protect a garden area from my neighbors dogs, but also have considered using some as a duck corral too
Perfect for geese water
Pros: tough durable colorful
Cons: none
I have 2 of these I use for my geese waters, they are very tough and durable, great size for geese water , anything smaller and they try to step into it.
Its good but my ducks like flakes better
Pros: price is good, seems to work ok
Cons: they prefer flaked
I used this for years and ducks ate it but not as much as they should have until i got flaked kind and now they have no more soft shells so this is ok but not the best
wonderful stuff
Pros: safe and effective! easy to use
Cons: none
i love this stuff its so easy and safe to spray the roosts the coop and the birds occasionally to help them stay pest free its a YaaaY in my book
