3!!!! 🎉🎉🎉 I finally got a nice egg again from all three of my Welsh Harlequin girls, after struggling with broodiness, soft shells, and egg eating for the past six weeks! I'm so relieved, happy and proud of them!!! ❤️

I generally get three like clockwork from my three WH hens. Today was weird I saw one egg far from the others, and when I went back to check, it must have cracked or something because it was all eaten inside. :/ But then I uncover the eggs from the hut floor, and I got this! Monster egg...

Found it! 🎉🎉🎉 But it was already frozen and split :( I feel so silly I didn't find it this morning, bc I saw it immediately upon re-opening the hut. :/

Right? Same here. It's usually right there in top waiting for me, but it was also a colder night last night. They are smart lil critters.

I think this is the first morning since they started laying, or *someone* started laying, we haven't woken up to a duck egg. :( There are three, but I'm not sure if they've all started. I tried looking in the bedding and still no dice. I'll look harder again later today...
