My loudest one was a Pekin (deceased) his son a Pekin/WH mix is also quite loud and constantly talking, my new Pekin girls are loud when they talk. My mallard drake is always talking but not too loud. Mallard female isn't talkative and my WH female isn't real talkative unless she gets left...

I don't know about runners but my two drakes are loud mouths! The girls are loud :when: they quack but the boys are constantly jabbing on!

So my Hatchabatch app says I'm on day 20 today but when I candled last night (day 19) the eggs look more like days 22-24! These are under my mallard broody, is it possible the heat and humidity is speeding up development some?? I have 5 developing great after an early roll around with a snake...

My WH has been a great broody momma! I wish I had a WH drake so I could get pure WH instead of my little mutts :-)

Anyone with welsh harlequin/mallard mixes?!! I've got one hatched and another in the process but the first one looks straight up mallard! I had seen one on another feed that looked more mutt like my last bunch!

I'm not sure about the spinning thing, but try not to move the egg around too much, you don't want to move the baby away from the airsac

The movement kinda looks like breathing/heartbeat type motion. Its pretty noticeable more that your hand moving, so you've got about a week to be patient!

You prolly have another 7-10 days if your count is correct. Are you seeing movement when you candled?
