Oh, the Ameraucana rooster does have a tiny silver hackle feather. Does that help? If he was silver/gold split, wouldn't he have golden leakage?

Yes, they both look exactly like this:

Pictures, as requested. The dad: The possible moms: In total, there were four EE eggs, three Wyandotte eggs, and one Delaware egg. The two SLW cross pullets look like this, solid blue with walnut combs. And the two other pullets, black with silver leakage.

I do, on the computer, so I can't get to them. The EEs are basically all wildtype, and look pretty much the same, orangey. The Delaware is hatchery quality, and so are the SLW, but they're standard, and both Wyandottes have rose combs. The thing is, one of them has to be a Wyandotte cross. I...

What would a first gen cross with a Blue Ameraucana look like?

@nicalandia (or anyone else who knows the answer) I got this little EE girl this weekend, and she has such beautiful coloring! Do you know what the genetics are that make up this particular coloration?

I was told this about her earlier, just trying to get some closure on what she really is. Thanks so much for your help!

I've never replied to this thread, but it's so interesting! I have a couple questions. What would I get if... I crossed a Blue Ameraucana rooster with a Mottled Java hen? Same rooster with a Columbian Wyandotte? Same rooster with a Partridge laced Barnevelder? Same rooster with a Delaware?
