Egg roll in a bowl for me and chili Mac for DH. This is x3 for both dishes but we like them and I’ve been cutting grass so who needs to cook on top of that?
Yes I bought a rack as well but cooked and ate it for Christmas dinner! :gig I forgot that I have a vacuum sealer. Rib steak would be perfect for that.
I bought rib steaks on sale yesterday so I grilled them in the dark. :hmm Of course we had to remove the grates and clean them in the dark too, 😵💫 It was worth it though, it’s been months since we had a good steak!
It was a soup recipe. I think it was from the New York Times. It’s ok, I ended up with a nice soup that used both dried beans and butternut squash from last years garden.
I should have taken a screen shot as soon as I saw it! I was about halfway through reading it when the paywall went up. :gig It had dried beans, winter squash, cabbage and farro. I made up the rest and it turned out great!
Oh boy I guess you’d call it a knock off bean, squash and cabbage soup. I saw it online and it sounded good but they wouldn’t let me print it out or even look at it again so I tried to remember what all it had in it! It’s still in the pressure cooker so we’ll see!
