    You folk sell birds a lot more often then I do. What would you sell a started Trio for generally? My guess would be $60. Hatchery stock but a reproduceable heavy meat bird.

    If it helps, in chickens, hens are ZW, males are ZZ. Silver, gold what have you are tied to the Z.

    Oh wait. . Female chickens are heterozygus. So ZW. Gold and silver are linked to the Z so therfore can only be 1 or the other, right?
