    Cooked some chicken thigh meat that was marinated in soy sauce and seasonings for a few days, then cooked bell peppers and cabbage in the skillet after the chicken was done. Kind of like stir fry, I guess.

    It was pretty good! Some scoops of beer bread underneath the hamburger slop, and some on top. Taco seasoning, onion powder and red pepper flakes in the slop, paprika on top of the whole thing before it hit the 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.

    Tired of eggs every meal. I'm having a big ribeye steak tonight. I did have eggs for breakfast, though. Edited to add: I grated some of the fresh horseradish I dug up a couple days ago and made horseradish sauce for the steak. It was very good!
