Very Nice! I like everyone of them better than the bird we discussed.
I'm pretty sure you know that you can cross your white Shamo over the black to have the black color more depth and the whites will be very crisp and clear.
What state do you live in? I may have to show up there some...
Nice looking birds. How do they deal with the cold weather in your area? I'm in KY and worry this type of bird might suffer or worse.
Thanks in advance.
I think they are fine looking birds but I have always preferred large fowl....At least since I was a 6 years old kid and a small bantam game bird got into my layer pen of Naked Necks-Turkens and kicked the sparks off of my 10 pound pet cock bird! My grand pap got that bantam at a yard sale ...I...
They still look like cockerels to me and I can't give a reason why...they just look MALE..
My last post on this subject. I'm sorry for any hard feelings I may have caused...I hold none.

My apologies if you feel that I attacked you...it was not my intention. You know it's easy to misunderstand or misread what another person intends to relay in a message.
Again, I ask for your forgiveness. My intent was to complement another person (Troyer) for his deep knowledge of...
Humble or not, you assume incorrectly.
There was at least one other person who gave an opinion different than mine, whom I do consider an expert and he knows who he is. It would be vulgar to name him now but he knows who he is and I personally value and respect his words.
Good luck to...
Soooo...perhaps I was correct? Right or wrong...I was doing more guess work than using real knowledge (as was pointed out by the real EXPERT).
I really thought I saw cockerel saddle feather on both but when the 'EXPERTS' speak, the rest of us should stand quiet.
There is absolutely no doubt...you would know, far better than I !!!
I made a wild guess by what I thought looked like the start of male saddle feathers...
I'm not sure what kind or gender of the birds but they are very nice. I also think they have a remarkable coop!
Someone can certainly correct me but I think they are both cockerels.
