Aren't you bored with this meal? Is it just browned ground beef on some spaghetti?

Thinking of fixing up some taco meat..already have a can of pintos and some lettuce and tomatoes...throw it all on a WW tortilla and call it dinner.

Grilled a chicken last night, that should last for days.

Frozen pizza...cheap(easy) and lazy 'treat'

Think I'm gonna have leftover meatloaf from the freezer...and half a baked potato and some green beans in the fridge. Bought a chicken the other day, probably grill that up tomorrow. Yes....it's OK. I love the obstacle course stuff on the 'reality' shows.

Got some cornbread mix to go with left over chili!

That's what I thought....the 'steak' part is rather misleading.

Eggs with avocado doesn't appeal. I love them eaten with a spoon right out of the skin... ...or smashed onto toast with a sprinkling of red pepper.

Interesting, how does the avocado change with baking...temp and time?
