think I missed it. Plates been full, no pun intended. You can cook duck breast medium rare and it won't be dry. I know it's weird to think about bird being medium rare but it's OK with duck.

he basically built the porch for me. I just helped him along. Learn alot just from watching him work or seeing his projects. I try not to ask him for too much, just advise. Won't learn it if I keep having someone do it for me. One thing he's taught me...... I need more tools!

I should add, due to poor placement in the coops run I didn't use it over the winter. It does however have s gap at the bottom so it doesn't fill with water.
