Very sick. Seasonal allergies and some kind of throat bug I usually end up getting around this time of year. Eating pickles though, vinegar usually helps.
Weirdly I feel too old. Most of my friends are still in academia or living off their parents. I'm one of only a few who are out on their own, much less doing the homesteading thing.
Same here. Getting some of the appliances looked at/repaired, replacing broken things, building a sturdier coop for the winter, supplementing the girls' feed with extra protein because they're molting. Lots to do, lots of cleaning up and maintaining.
Husband has a side hustle selling induction cooktop-safe cookware and just built a bunch of shelving with 2x4 pieces. There's a ton of wood left over, which means plenty of wood for a new coop!
