6 of my 9 5 week olds....the other 3 are pansies and same thing I can’t tell them apart when I am taking them out for photos! my initial thought is boy,girl,boy,???,girl, boy
pansy,pearl,falb fee, red range, ??,autumn amber

Lavender is recessive, you won't get any more colored chicks in the first generation of that cross than you would breeding them to wild types.

So, depends on your goals! I personally would just breed them to anything but another yellow/gold (certain mutations are homozygous lethal). They will throw colored chicks regardless.

Half of those are flat out impossible to feather sex Your guesses seem fine on the rest.

The last one is definitely male, but are you sure it's an autumn amber? From just it's belly it looks like roux dilute.

Back to that rescessive issue, though - if only one hatches total no lavender babies for me next generation.

Do any of you know when you can start to see differences between Bobwhite males and females?

Usually around 7 to 8 weeks. At first it will be hard to tell the difference between the two but within a couple of weeks the color of the head feathers will change from the grayish color of both to white throat with a black eye stripe and crest for males. And the females will have buff colored throat and head with a chestnut colored eye stripe to their head feathers.
